Tulsa Bluegrass & Chili Festival

Downtown Tulsa Sept. 9-11 Tulsa is set to sizzle as the 20th Annual Bluegrass & Chili Festival and Classic Chevy Club of Oklahoma, Ltd., host an Open Car Show. The show till be held Saturday, Sept. 11, with registration 8 a.m. to noon. Awards for the top three in each class. Special awards will also be given, including the Mayor's Trophy. Dash Plaques will be awarded to the first 100 participants. All judging will be at registration by The Classic Chevy Club of Oklahoma, Ltd. Host cars will be displayed only, not judged, Trophy presentation will be at 5 p;.m.

In addition to the Open Car Show, other festivities include free bluegrass and country music concerts, arts and crafts, Mid American Regional Chili Cook-off, clogging, and country dancing, Kiddie Korral and more! The Bluegrass & Chili Festival opens September 9 and runs though Sept. 11.

Downtown Tulsa is the place to be for this "sizzling" weekend of family fun as the Classic Chevy Car club joins the Make-A-Wish Foundation for this car show.

Vehicle pre-registration fee is $15. Day-of-show registration is $18.

Registration location: Fourth & Boston (enter from the south on Boston)

COCCC members: Come to the July meeting to pick up a flier for this event and make plans to cruise to Tulsa for this fine event.
